Recently I had a trip to Sydney with my parents. We visited the Wildlife Park.
The Wildlife Park has lots of different animals. Some are native(当地的) to Australia and can only be found there. There are more than 500 animals there, including kangaroos, koalas(考拉) and crocodiles(鳄鱼). They are kept in their natural environment. I like the Wildlife Park better than a zoo. In zoos, most of the animals are in cages(笼子).
We first spent some time with the kangaroos. We could touch and feed them. It was very exciting to be so close to them. There were koalas there too. They looked very cuddly(令人想拥抱的). Although we couldn't carry koalas, I could take a photo with one. It is a wonderful souvenir(纪念品) of my holiday in Sydney.
The Wildlife Park has plenty of freshwater and saltwater crocodiles. Some of them are very big and scary(吓人的) with huge teeth! I did not want to get too close to them.
There was also a bird show. The keepers(饲养员) showed us different species(种) of birds. I saw an old parrot(鹦鹉). It could “talk” and made a great impression on me.
I enjoyed the trip very much. There was so much to see.

Tom works in a big company and he is often very busy. One day, when he came out of the office, it was late in the evening. There was no bus at that moment, so he had to walk home. The street was very dark and he could hardly see anything. So he had to walk along slowly and carefully.
Just at that time, Tom found a man with a lantern coming in the distance. “If I go with that person, I will be able to see well,” he thought.
When the man with a lantern got nearer, Tom found he was coming with a cane(手杖) in his hand. Tom thought this was strange and asked, “Why are you walking so slowly with a cane even when you have a lantern?”
The man said, “You know, I'm blind. That is why I use this cane to walk.” Tom laughed, “Hahaha. You're blind? Then why do you carry a lantern? You don't need a lantern if you can't see.”
The man with the lantern answered, “Yes, I can't see. And this lantern cannot help me, but it can help others in the dark. I know better than anyone else how it feels when you cannot see.”

Li Hua spends too much time playing computer games and he falls behind others. As a good friend of his, I must do something to help him.
Firstly, I think it's very important for him to learn lessons well. He should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games. Secondly, I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health, especially for his eyes. So he must give it up. I can play more sports with him after school. Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer games. And then I'll ask him to concentrate more on his study. Of course, I will try my best to help him with all his subjects. I think I can do it in many fun ways and let him find much fun in studying. At the same time, I'll ask both his parents and our teachers to help him, too.
If I try these, I'm sure he will make great progress soon.
